I've re-ran this dozens of times in various ways, and finally got enough logging turned on to get a log file with the following: ADelRCP logging: : : Setup could not find Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (圆4) runtime on the machine. So this's one of the stranger errors I've come across.I'm actually thinking now that my original syntax was correct, or close to it. I've searched around and have seen a few references to an Adobe customization wizard ( Welcome to the Wizard - Acrobat Customization Wizard for Windows () ) but knowing the simple one-line command I copied above is working for me for Adobe Reader DC, that seemed overly complex.am I better off using their Wizard to create a custom installer file, or is there something I'm missing in the script I've copied above? Does anyone have any experience here specific to Acrobat Pro DC? I've got a very similar script functioning as intended for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, using the same set of arguments. Code just completes, and I'm left with an empty $ADOBE_INSTALL_DIR. When this executes, I'm not getting any errors/outputs to my log file but nothing happens. Start-Process -FilePath "$ADOBE_INSTALL_FILES\Setup.exe" -ArgumentList "/sAll /rs /rps /msi /norestart /quiet INSTALLDIR=\"$ADOBE_INSTALL_DIR`" EULA_ACCEPT=YES" -Verb RunAs -Wait` This is my start prompt to run the installer: Not trying to do anything non-standard other than direct the app to be installed in a custom directory rather than the out-of-the-box C:\Program Files\Adobe dir. I'm running into issues trying to create a silent installation for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
